Just some of the feelings our divers have shared after a mediation dive 🌊🧘♀️🫧
Have you ever thought “diving is like meditation”?
We think so! Without the noise of the surface world, divers focus on the present moment, and their breath - the foundational basis of meditation.
We take this a step further and offer divers an experience to lean into this feeling. With a certified Underwater Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor, you are given the space and freedom to expand your meditation practice to under the water. Learning things like different breathwork patterns proven to be safe for divers, different ways of positioning yourself with the equipment, and in water mindfulness, you will take this experience with you on every dive you go on after!

THE BDC STORY
Gadi loved scuba diving from the moment he first walked into the Red Sea. He became a Scuba Instructor, and years later, his three daughters also learned to scuba dive. They all inherited his passion for the underwater world and enjoyed diving in the Indian, Pacific, and Atlantic Oceans. Then one year, he accompanied his youngest daughter and her friends on a scuba diving trip to Bocas del Toro.
The first thing Gadi loved about the archipelago was the Bocas vibe. After a lifetime of working long, hard hours in a fast-paced, challenging business, he’d found a place where he could feel at peace both below and above the water.
