So... believe it or not, in my 5 years here--- first time seeing actual sea foam. I know that scientifically, the rougher waters act like a blender, churning organic material and sea waste into frothy, whipped egg-white looking gunk.
...But in my bleary-eyed, pre coffee state, I legit thought a boat full of detergent might have sank offshore. 😏

Two days ago, bioluminescent surf. Yesterday, water and as smooth as glass (and jellyfish particles). Today, cold wind and north atlantic type waves.
I love the seasonal transitions in Panama.

About 5 am, the ocean gave me a bioluminescent high tide.

When 🇵🇦 's Pacific is riled up by high winds, its beauty is unmatched.
(Plus you get a little bit of a chilling effect, which is kind of awesome on super hot days!)

As we prepare for 🇵🇦 windy season (a.k.a. summer)... we are getting visits from some of the most beautiful orb weavers.
I try not to disturb them as I admire both their industrious personalities and the sheer tensile strength of their handiwork.

So much annoyingly tedious work remains on the remodel of our tiny house... but I think this view (from our bedroom) keeps me going. 🌅🏠💕
