After three meaningful years of practice at Ancestral, today we closed this chapter with full hearts. So grateful for everything this space gave us. Sunday Detox class is not ending — it’s moving to Casco Viejo as I bring all our weekly classes together ❤️

Experience a transformative yin yoga session, enhanced by the power of sound healing, where you will be guided through the yin poses, accompanied by soothing sounds and gentle vibrations created by ethnic and healing instruments. This carefully crafted atmosphere is designed to facilitate a profound connection with your inner being, allowing you to cultivate a sense of harmony and inner peace.

The first hour of class will be purely Yin Yoga guiding you into a deeper state of relaxation, followed by 30 minutes with Kata accompanying the gentle practice with live music and sound healing.

The studio is indoors with wooden floors and we will use airconditioning for this workshop.

Location is at the Casco High School in Casco Viejo.

The Workshop is 90 minutes and price is $30 for members and $35 for non-members of Casco Yoga.

Class is our regular 90 minutes journey of detox, bring your yoga mat, towel and water. If you have blocks take them too.

The location is walking distance from Casco Viejo, shaded, outdoors and there are bathroom facilities.
