PROUD MOMENT for MUNGKAS UNDER-19
One of our own, RICKY HULANA, has been selected for the PNG U19 MEN’S NATIONAL TEAM.
Ricky’s story is one of grit. He hails from Rigo, Markham and Manus, and last attended Gabagaba Primary School two years ago, completing Grade 8. Financial hardship stopped him from continuing school, but he turned his focus to football.
He joined our youth team in 2024 and has steadily worked his way up, earning game time in the Premier Division. In 2025 he was also the reserve goalkeeper for our grand final winning side.
This exposure to Oceania football will be huge for Ricky’s development, and we know he’ll bring that experience back to strengthen the team on his return.
All the best in camp, RICKY!
MUNGKAS FC is behind you 💪⚽💚💯

2026 VODAFONE PROPER SEASON
ROUND TWO
Losing players to the PSL stage is a good problem to have - it shows Mungkas FC is producing talent that gets noticed. The flip side is it opens the door for the guys who’ve been grinding in the background to show what they’re made of.
If our depth’s been tested in training and earlier rounds, Round 2 is where they can turn that into results and prove they deserve the jersey.

CONSISTENCY IS KEY AT TRAINING 🔑
At Mungkas FC, we believe consistency is key at training.
It’s not the big games that define us — it’s the work we put in when no one’s watching.
Well done to all our divisions for the effort this week 👏🏽⚽️
