🇵🇬 Concern About PNG Defence Force Recruitment

There is growing concern among our people about the recruitment process into the Papua New Guinea Defence Force.

Many are talking about issues like:
• Bribery and corruption
• Unfair selection processes
• Standards not being properly followed

If these claims are true, it is a serious problem. Our Defence Force should be built on discipline, integrity, and merit — not money or connections.

Young, fit, and qualified Papua New Guineans deserve a fair and transparent opportunity to serve their country.

We call on the authorities to:
✔ Strengthen recruitment systems
✔ Ensure strict screening and fairness
✔ Hold anyone involved in corruption accountable

Let’s protect the integrity of the force that protects our nation.

🇵🇬 *Strong country needs a strong, honest Defence Force.
