FAMILY is at the heart of Port Moresby Harlequins’ 2026 campaign, with two sets of brothers helping drive the club towards this weekend’s Pepsi Capital Rugby Union grand final.

Harlequins coach Billy Rapila said the presence of Tommy and Philip Singoina and Caleb and Eddie Nipal in his starting line-up had created a special bond within the playing group. Rapila said the brothers had grown through the club’s junior system and had been part of the Harlequins family from the early stages of their rugby careers.
