Miss Tatianna Vaila was a Diploma in Human Resource Management (DHRM) student who successfully completed her programme and joined ITI as an OJT. She worked with us nearly two years before looking for new opportunities to grow and progress in her career.

The International Training Institute (ITI), with the support of Women’s Micro Bank, Small and Medium Enterprise Corporation (SMEC), and Unity Mall Port Moresby, has delivered a one-time opportunity for students to start their own business venture inside Unity Mall.

This vision came from Mr. Sentheyval Senthil Kumaran, Chairman and Co-Founder of ITI.

Students currently studying at ITI have been given the opportunity to start their own ventures, with the rental and facilities paid for by ITI.

This initiative is also supported by Women’s Micro Bank, Unity Mall, and Small and Medium Enterprise Corporation, who have delivered training and agreed to provide further training to students to enhance their skills and abilities to successfully conduct a business.

This opportunity will be available to all interested ITI students in the coming months.
