Millions down the drain in the name of the suffering population is a common trend that promotes poverty among the hungry and starving generations.

To this concern we are deliberately on the look out to elaborate further and seek financial assistance to create a door-step foundation for research and development that will lead to empowering community in organization reform, capacity building, baseline data system, management training and innovative interventions to cater for all the Rural Wards and other establishments in each society of people.

Take a look at an individual village or LLG Ward and try to list the deteriorating situation. Look back to the last 5 years and consider the developmental changes. Much talk about the million kina commitments have reflections on the poor and disadvantaged people. Its a pity to describe the realities in this pretending world. You as a concern person - what do you think and how do you feel?

Poor living condition and social problems are very common issues affecting the disadvantaged majority in the rural villages. Every country men and women hailed from a village that is the home of all people. General situations are far from better changes and going from bad to worse. So many people are facing the unwanted life of poverty and hardships to survive. The poor, needy, desperate and unfortunates are helplessly struggling for better life. In such circumstances, there is the question of who cares and what plans are available. Talking about the development in broad makes no sense to the suffering population. So, it is not wise to see the dying people in the sick communities. What have you got to say .....

Where do our disadvantaged communities especially the villages of rural districts heading in terms of development aspects. So much have been said about basic service deliveries and rural based economics. The policians and beaurocrats existed with the powers and positions on the very purpose of tangible development and yet there is the question of where the realities fall.
Our people are still suffering into the worst and the rural decays are beyond repair for any bias plans to make an impact. Far cries are no longer considerable by pretending people who ride on mandated previlege and blindly assigned dignitories. The only sure expression is for every poor, needy, desperate and unfortunates to remain in silence. There is no hope through the normal system, but, there are misterious possibilities to changes.
You may notice it or not, your community wards are not properly aligned to the government system. There is no such this as door-step service delivery in existence anywhere in this country. Even your basic minimum needs are never captured in any development budget. LLG administration is seriously inactive and the token of bottom-up planning is not practice. So, what do we get in return for our votes when the election period comes?
