Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026, "Guidelines on Ensuring a Safe and Motivating Learning Environment," Rizal J. Rodriguez, Sr. National High School adopts the following Simple Steps in Reporting Cases of Bullying to ensure that every bullying incident is reported, addressed promptly, and handled with care and confidentiality.

The Rizal J. Rodriguez, Sr. National High School community strongly condemns the recent incident of school violence that occurred at San Jose National High School in Leyte. We extend our deepest sympathies and prayers to the victims, their families, the learners, teachers, and the entire school community affected by this tragic event.

This unfortunate incident serves as a serious reminder of the importance of fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where every learner feels respected, protected, and valued.

Our school firmly upholds the principle that violence, abuse, intimidation, harassment, and bullying in all its forms have no place in our school community. Every learner has the right to learn in an environment free from fear, discrimination, and harm.

We encourage all learners who are experiencing or witnessing bullying, threats, harassment, or any form of violence to immediately report such incidents to school authorities. Speaking up is an act of courage that helps protect not only oneself but also fellow learners.

For concerns, reports, or assistance regarding cases of bullying and violence, learners may approach and seek the assistance of the School Child Protection Committee or the School Anti-Bullying Council:

Thank you to our volunteers from the Cabugao 4Ps Beneficiaries, Cabugao Kababayinhan, Grade 7 and Grade 8 students, and parents, for lending your hands and hearts in preparing our school for another meaningful school year.

Together, every sweep, every repair, and every act of service brings us closer to a better learning environment for our children.

We would like to thank the Cabugao Barangay Council, Cabugao Health Workers,Barangay Tanod, and our hardworking SSLG Officers,for generously sharing their time and effort in helping prepare our school for the upcoming school year.

We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to Greenland Builders,for generously providing the use of a backhoe and donating paint for our school improvement activities. Your support has greatly contributed to making our school a safer, cleaner, and more welcoming place for our learners.
