IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

good morning mga participants sa Tampi Plaza Pickleball Tournament. after sa among meeting karong gabii lang, we have decided on a few things and i am here now to let you all know unsa among napagkasunduan ganina.

1. kay gamay ra man kaayo ang nag rehistro as of now, nag agree mi tanan na ipadayon ang tournament pero i-merge into 1 open category. all beginners. bali OPEN TO ALL BEGINNERS nalang na sya karon. GENDERLESS na pud sya. wala nay MEN’S, WOMEN’S and MIXED. mao ni sya ang best namo na naisip imbes na kanselon. i hope agree ra pud mo ani, kamo na mga naka register na.

2. sa forecasted 96 teams originally, as of this moment, 19 or maybe 20 teams palang ang ni-sign up. we are looking nalang karon nga naay mo rehistro pa para mosaka og maximum of 28 teams para makapadula ta og proper na tournament.

3. having said that, amo pang gi extend ang deadline sa registration to upto thursday, 11:59pm para naa pay chance makaapas ang wala pa nakapa rehistro. please ko unya share this info sa inyo mga kaila na ganahan pa modula.

4. we will publish the names of all the players na naka rehistro sa friday, sept 11. diri ra namo ipost ang mga names.

5. all games will be played on sunday, sept. 13. call time is 7am para maka start ta as early as possible. maybe 8am the latest.

6. naa mi gigama na GC para sa mga participants na ma-update ra mo for any developments. if naa mo kaila na modula ani nga tournament pero you think na wala pa naapil sa GC, please feel free to send us a message para ma-add pud namo mo or sila sa GC.

we sincerely apologize for this. wala man gud namo na anticipate na gamay lang ang mag sign up. and para lang madayon ang tournament, kani ang among naisip na alternative move.

please let us know lang diri sa inyong mga katanungan and we will try our best na matubag mo tanan.
