Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support.

Yoga classes are available in a beautiful yoga studio with sea view at Island View beachfront resort, in Anda, Bohol island. You Can join the class in the morning at 8am or evening Time at 5pm. All levels are welcome and accessible for everyone. Please Book in advance if you like to do the class! Thank you.
