Sisters sharing not only the same hobby but the same bday too 🎂

Sha and Anya are probably a great reflection of what climbing in Flow State is all about — trying to be free of worries and just having a great time. When you go in the gym, you’ll probably see them off the walls and doing something else on the tables, and as much as we joke with them about yapping more than climbing, we’re always thankful to be able to create a space that people are happy to simply be in.

Of course the gym isn’t 100% free of worries. Sometimes our routes can be the cause of frustration (that’s projecting!), but even though progress is sometimes slow, we see these two sisters having fun and still trying every single time, and that’s honestly all that matters.

We hope we can always be the space for them to feel free to express who they are and feel at home in the gym ❤️
