The Eliminations for Batang Pinoy Table Tennis Tournament will be held this Saturday (September 12, 2026) at 10am onward, Ground Floor Near KFC Nepo Mall, Angeles City.

BATANG PINOY 2026 JIU-JITSU TRY OUTS!

In partnership with the Local Government of Angeles City, we are launching a grassroots Jiu-Jitsu development program designed to identify and support the city’s top emerging athletes.

This is your chance to earn a spot in a structured, high-level training program built for serious competitors.

Only ten (5-10) athletes will be selected during the tryouts.
Chosen athletes will receive free training, uniforms, and allowances upon contract signing.

Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II warmly welcomed young chess champion Noah Lucas Palcis together with his parents during a courtesy visit at Angeles City Hall.
At only seven years old, Noah proudly brought honor to Angeles City after securing 2nd Place in the AISB Chess Without Borders Under 9 Open Tournament held in Bangkok, Thailand. His achievement reflects the talent, discipline, and determination of the Kabataang Angeleño on the international stage.
Mayor Jon shared fun and inspiring moments with Noah and his family, commending the young athlete for his dedication and passion for the sport. Mayor Jon also expressed his continued support for young Angeleños who excel in academics, sports, and other fields that bring pride to the city.
Noah’s journey serves as an inspiration to fellow youth to continue pursuing their dreams through hard work, perseverance, and excellence.
