We'd like to extend our deepest gratitude to Prof. Ray for spending time with us and for sharing his passion and love for jiujitsu with us. We've been with Prof. Ray Clark for just a bit over a month yet we feel like he's been with us for a long time as he and Matteo have become like family to us.

We are beyond grateful for the knowledge and generosity you have shared with us and for all the support to our team!

We are excited for Youth and Nature Philippines and how it will definitely change the lives of Filipinos.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Prof. Samurai nagai | Pro JJ athlete for sharing with us years’ worth of experience, discipline, hard work, and wisdom.

A true World Champion both on and off the mats—not only because of his incredible achievements in Jiu-Jitsu, but because of his unwavering faith in Christ and the way he treats everyone around him with humility, kindness, and genuine respect. His character is a reflection of what it truly means to be a champion.

We were incredibly amazed by the confidence, energy, and presence he brought into the room. His passion for Jiu-Jitsu was contagious, and his words and example left a lasting impression on everyone who had the opportunity to learn from him.

Thank you for inspiring our students and our Jiu-Jitsu friends from different teams with your passion, dedication, and love for the sport. More than the techniques and lessons, you reminded us that true greatness is built not only through what we accomplish, but through the person we become along the way.

Starting September, Flow BJJ Antipolo will now have regular SATURDAY CLASSES!!! This is made especially for those who are busy during weekdays so you can train more!

Saturday Gi Class
- 6-8PM - Kids Class
- 6-8PM - Teens and Adults Class
- 8-9PM - Teens and Adults Open Mat

Training fee - P350

Saturday Classes are included in our unlimited monthly promo of P3500 per month.

Saturday Classes are open for beginners and first-timers. Just message us to register!

Gi rentals are also available for P150. Kindly message us in advance so we can check gi availability and size.

Before the belt was tied around their waist, it was built through years of discipline, sacrifice, perseverance, and unwavering commitment.

Today, we honor our Black Belts—not just for the rank they wear, but for the character they embody. They lead with humility, train with purpose, and inspire by example. Every lesson they teach, every roll they share, and every challenge they overcome reminds our students of what is possible through dedication and consistency.

To our students, look at these Black Belts and remember: they were once beginners too. Their journey proves that greatness isn't achieved overnight—it's earned one class, one drill, and one decision at a time.
