Luka Doncic is my main PC. I don't have big Luka cards but I have enough.

He is my favorite because of his game. He was also a Maverick. He was a really good one.

Too good that he took the league by storm, with his awkward pace, slow but steady nature, seemingly predictable but no one could figure him out.

He came in a really low time for the Dallas Mavericks who was looking for a superhero to relive the 2011 glory. With or without pieces around him, he slowly raised the franchise. Everybody started to believe despite the doubters still trying to talk from the shadows.

He took them to the playoffs. He became super in the bubble.

He would then lead the Mavs to two WCF appearances in three years, once bringing them to the NBA Finals.

Sure, he was overweight, and complained a lot, and some say he didn't play defense. Despite all these, he constantly ranked within the Top 5 of the MVP rankings, and he made the players around him great. Few players could do that without his "tendencies."

The Mavs had the roster this year. Before Luka went out, they were on a roll. And now, we will never see what could've unfolded upon his return.

The Mavs are still a solid team. AD is no slouch and the rest of the players have stepped up in his absence. It's still but I cannot wait for Luka to be unleashed in Hollywood. The Los Angeles Lakers have a good player, they have a great player. I can even say they have an all-time star.

This stings a lot and will sting still, since Luka carried the team from the ashes and back to relevance.

Under the bright lights of LA, he'll surely flourish.
