Join us for a fun and supportive introduction to AcroYoga, where you’ll learn the foundations of partner-based movement, balance, communication, and trust.
This 3-hour workshop is designed to help you build confidence in both flying and basing through guided warm-ups, partner drills, and progressive skill-building exercises. You’ll explore the essential principles of alignment, stacking joints, breath awareness, spotting, and safe partner communication.
Led by Teachers Dianne and CJ, with Pauline as assistant
Come solo or bring a friend—partner rotations and pairings will be available!
