Chakra Healing: It purifies and activates the energy centers that govern the mind and body. The session combines sound activity, breathwork, asanas and meditation.

Pranayama: This class will focus on enhancing lung capacity, strengthening respiratory muscles, and increasing overall oxygen intake , reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Regular practice can improve concentration, mental clarity, and cognitive function.

Wall Yoga: Also referred to as vertical yoga, is a practice that involves using the wall as a tool to deepen yoga poses and enhance their benefits. When practicing yoga against a wall, you can find better alignment and stability, while also receiving support during poses that may otherwise be challenging.
