How many times a week should you practice Pilates???
If youâre just starting out, 2x per week is a great place to begin especially when paired with a couple of strength training days and one or two sessions of your preferred cardio.
From there, you can gradually build up to 3â4 Pilates sessions weekly, depending on your schedule, lifestyle, and personal goals.
The key isnât doing everything itâs creating a routine that feels energizing, sustainable, and supportive, while still allowing room for growth and adjustment along the way.
Pilates works best when you focus on consistency, connection, and balance. Listen to your body, trust your process, and let it evolve with you.
And donât forget to rest because itâs part of the process too. Itâs where we restore, rebuild, and come back stronger. Your body needs time to recover, reset, and grow. At least one full rest day each week is essential.
