One year after our initial training in Barangay Bolong, Zamboanga City we are honored to return and reconnect with the growing skimboarding community we once helped inspire. This revisit marks another meaningful step as we continue to guide the organization not only by teaching advanced skimboarding techniques, but also by empowering them with the knowledge and skills to craft their own skimboards as a sustainable livelihood.

It is truly inspiring to see how skimboarding is being embraced with passion and dedication, especially by the sons and daughters of local fishermen, as well as out-of-school youth who are now discovering purpose and opportunity through the sport.

Beyond technical training, we remain committed to mentoring them on how to strengthen and grow their organization instilling leadership, discipline, and unity. At the same time, we emphasize the importance of environmental responsibility, reminding everyone to take care of the shoreline and ocean that support both their sport and their way of life.

Together, we continue building a community driven by passion, sustainability, and respect for nature.

One year after our training in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, we are grateful for the opportunity to return and reconnect with the community we helped nurture. This time, we come not only to revisit but to further strengthen their journey by sharing advanced skimboarding techniques and deepening their skills in the sport.

It is truly inspiring to witness how skimboarding in Sibugay is being embraced with passion and commitment especially by the sons and daughters of local fishermen, as well as out-of-school youth who are now finding purpose and direction through this growing community.

Beyond skills development, we continue to guide them in building a strong and sustainable organization one that values leadership, discipline, and unity. We also remind everyone of their shared responsibility to protect and care for the environment, ensuring that their playground the ocean and shoreline remains clean, safe, and thriving for generations to come.

Together, we move forward with purpose, passion, and a deep respect for both community and nature.
