The RISING SUN CIVIC ASSOCIATION is proud and grateful to share our achievements as the 1st Runner Up in the Dance Contest and the Champion in the Kalinisan Contest during the 24th POBLACION Barangay Fiesta “Pista ng Pagkakaisa: Sama-sama sa Saya at Serbisyo”

The youth and officers of RSCA showed dedication, hard work, and passion as they gave their best effort for the dance contest. Their determination and teamwork truly made the whole Rising Sun Civic association proud!

The people of RSCA came together with unity and cooperation to clean and improve our surroundings for the Kalinisan Contest. May everyone carry this achievement as an insparation to care for and improve our environment.

Through everyone’s effort, RSCA proved that when a community works together, great things can be achieved.
