📣 SAGOT NI COACH LING

May mga player talaga na ayaw mag-training pero gusto laro agad. Gusto magpakita pag may tournament, pero wala sa ensayo, wala sa paghihirap, wala sa proseso.

Ang tawag diyan: player na umaasa sa talento, hindi sa trabaho.

Sa volleyball, training ang bumubuo ng player — hindi highlights, hindi tournament day.
Kung tamad sa training, hindi magiging consistent.
Kung gusto lang magpakitang gilas kapag big event, hindi yun pagiging atleta, yan ay pagiging seasonal player.

Ang tunay na player:
• Present sa training
• Consistent
• Nagpapakahirap kahit walang audience
• Gumagawa kahit walang camera
• Hindi naghihintay ng tournament para sumipag

Kaya simple lang:
‘Kung hindi ka sisipag sa proseso, huwag mong asahan ang resulta.

Walang shortcut sa tagumpay — training lang, Coach Ling style! 🏐🔥

Attention all interested teams, the Pintaflores Age-Group Invitational Volleyball Tournament is finally scheduled on December 12, 13 & 14, 2025 at Brgy. 3, Brgy. 4 and Bishop's Home Covered Courts. The 10 under and 12 under categories will be played on December 12, 2025, while the 15 under and 17 under categories will be played on December 13-14, 2025. Those teams who have requested reservations during the previous schedule are advised to update and reconfirm their intent to join. Please contact coach Virgilio Noel Reantuco Jr. (09958698484) for your slot reservations. Slots are limited, hurry!

A very kind and concrete way to help. The desire to give clothes is a pure act of bayanihan (community spirit), especially for families in Barangay Bulad and other communities affected by Typhoon Tino who have lost their belongings.

When donating clothes, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and many relief organizations often encourage giving new or very gently used clothes to maintain the dignity and hygiene of the survivors.
