Why Kids Yoga?
Introducing Yoga to children at a young age can....
✨improve (inner & physical) strength & flexibility
✨increase self-confidence
✨build a positive self-image
✨increase emotional resilience
✨nourish creativity
✨help balance the body & mind
✨expands self-awareness and awareness of others
✨develop self-discipline & self-control
✨increase awareness of breathing
✨teach them to relax & reduce stress
✨encourage compassion, generosity & respect
Not to mention that we create an environment that is non-competitive and non-judgmental. Every Kid can do Yoga and have fun! 🌈

I can completely relate to this. And I respect their reasons. I just need to say it again that Mindfulness has no religious aspect to it. Everyone is welcome to move and breathe. ❤️
