Attention all volleyball players of Barangay Tangub! The Brgy. Tangub Charter Volleyball League is officially open for Men’s & Women’s Divisions! Gather your team, complete your requirements, and submit your official line-ups.

📋 Requirements for Submission
Bring your team line-up along with any of the following documents:
PSA Birth Certificate (with Tangub address) + any Valid ID
Voters ID / Valid ID (with Tangub address)
Residence Certificate + any Valid ID
For players below 18 years old: Parents’ Marriage Certificate + any ID of the player

Submission Deadline: August 16 3:00PM to 6:00PM
Submission Venue: Brgy. Hall Tangub

✅ REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
• Must be a resident of Brgy. Tangub
• Valid ID with address plus birth certificate for supporting documents
• Strictly minimum of 8 and maximum of 12 players only.

📝 IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
• First-time players must submit their requirements personally for background checking.
• Please place your requirements inside a long size brown envelope to avoid misplacement.
