Victorious at the Filipino-Chinese Amateur Athletic Federation 💪

From breaking personal bests to pushing through one event after another, today was nothing short of a battle. Seven events in one day and that was a roller coaster of emotions, exhaustion, pain, and determination. Every dive, every turn, every finish demanded something more.

There were moments when the body wanted to stop, but the mind refused to give in. That's what grit looks like. That's what chasing a goal feels like.

The body gets tired, but the goal keeps you moving.
Here's to grit, growth, and becoming better than yesterday.
