​Attention to all motorists, vehicle owners, and motorcycle riders in 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐬 𝐎𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥, 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐬 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥, and 𝐒𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐣𝐨𝐫!

​The 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 – 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐬 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐋𝐓𝐎-𝐍𝐈𝐑) is resuming and expanding the implementation of "𝐎𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧: 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩, 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐨" to fast-track the direct distribution of license plates and clear the regional plate backlog.

​Officers will verify your registration in our system. If your physical plate is in our mobile inventory, it will be issued to you immediately on-site.

​Motorists using temporary plates must present a valid 𝐋𝐓𝐎 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐎𝐑/𝐂𝐑. On the other hand, unregistered temporary plates, fake plates without QR codes, and expired authority letters are strictly prohibited and subject to penalties under JAO No. 2014-01.

​If you aren't flagged down during roadside operations, you can still claim your plate at your 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐓𝐎 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝟖:𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐌 – 𝟓:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌). Plates already turned over to motorcycle or motor vehicle dealerships can be claimed directly at their respective branches.

Ipinapaalam ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) na pansamantalang magiging offline ang system ng ahensya at maaaring magkaroon ng pansamantalang pagkaantala ng pagproseso ng mga transaksyon ngayong araw, Setyembre 14, 2026, bilang bahagi ng isinasagawang transition mula sa Stradcom LTO-IT System patungo sa Land Transportation Management System (LTMS).

Humihingi ang LTO ng pang-unawa ng publiko sa anumang abalang maaaring idulot ng pansamantalang pagkaantala. Magbibigay ang ahensya ng karagdagang abiso sa sandaling maging maayos na ang sistema at maaari nang ipagpatuloy ang mga transaksyon.
