A LITTLE PAUSE FOR SOMETHING 🆕.

Please be advised that Family Shape-Up Center will be CLOSED starting 12:00PM on Friday, October 9.

As a result, ALL PM CLASSES will be cancelled, including:

🔴 HIIT / STEPS
🟠 ZUMBA
🟢 SPIN
🔵 PILATES

Morning gym operations and classes will proceed as scheduled.

Regular gym operations will resume Saturday, October 10.

Our Shape Up Squad showed up, stepped onto the court, and proved once again that fitness isn't just about what happens inside the gym. 💪

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to Team Family Shape-Up Center for an incredible showing at The Dink Yard Royals Pickleball Tournament! 🏆

If you ask Coach Raffy to do something, chances are...

A random dance because “Coach, uso ni subong!”?

But behind the fun and easygoing personality is a coach who knows his craft.

With years of experience in fitness coaching, Coach Raffy specializes in Functional Training and High Intensity Interval Training, with extensive training in Functional Training, Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebell Sports, and Strength & Conditioning and Rehab for Runners.

And he's also a Certified Animal Flow Instructor, bringing strength, mobility, coordination, and some serious animal energy to every flow. 🐾🔥

His philosophy?

Every fitness journey is personal, but no one gets there completely alone.

Today, take a moment to thank the people who have been part of your journey.

To the coaches who pushed you when you wanted to quit, corrected your form, celebrated your progress, and believed in what you could become.

To your Fitness Buddies who showed up beside you, shared the sweat, the struggles, the laughs, and maybe even convinced you to come to class when you really didn't feel like it. 😂

To the friends who keep you accountable.
To the teammates who cheer you on.
To the people who remind you that showing up is already a victory.

And perhaps, take a moment to thank yourself for choosing to start, for continuing to show up, and for not giving up on your journey.
