This Lunge Variation Will Spice Up Your Leg Workout 🚀 I love single leg training and putting myself through the ringer, so I tend to think up new challenging variations of lunges to add to the end of my training. As if the step/over lunge is not spicy enough, this is a 1 and 1/2 rep step-over lunge where I add the half rep on the reverse and forward step. My legs very pretty toast from Bulgarians, Elevated RDL’s, Hip Thrusts, and then I finished with 3 sets of 8 reps per side (2 x 62 lb KB’s) on these and a sled finisher.
