Reminder: Sparring sessions are meant to be friendly and for training purposes. Walang talo at panalo pero matututo ka and makaka earn ng friends.
Kung ayaw mong masuntok, wag ka sumali sa sparring.

โญRequirements and Rules:โญ
1. Log in
2. Read, understand and Sign waiver
3. Show your ID
4. For below 18 guardian or parent is required
Tagalog: Kapag 18 ka pa lng or mas bata, dalhin mo ang magulang mo o legal guardian. Letter of consent with their ID is acceptable
5. Weigh in
6. Stretching
7. Warm up
8. Free use of jumpropes
9. Head Gears will be provided by the gym if you dont have your own :)
10. Bring your own 14oz or 16oz gloves
11. Bring your own mouth guards (available for sale if wala ka, 200 lng sa gym)
12. Bring your own handwraps (available for rent)
13. If you opt to use other gym equipments such as (bags, mitts, weights and others) 100 pesos gym use fee will be charged
14. Staying beyond 5pm 100 pesos gym use fee will be charged
15. Bringing of outside drinks not allowed aside from water

๐ฅWe'll assign you a coach who will teach you how to:
1. Warm up
2. Stretching
3. Train you for a max of 4 rounds of Mitts or Pad work
4. Speedball Training
5. Punching Bag Training
6. Train you and provide you a program for Conditioning and Athletic training (applicable weights and cardio)
7. Circuit Crossfit
8. Cooldown
Our standard practice will still vary after our coach's assessment ๐
