Heat exhaustion, heat stroke and dehydration are dangerous conditions that can affect your brain, heart & blood vessels, and kidneys. HUWAG MAGHINTAY NG UHAW BAGO UMINOM NG TUBIG. Drink a glass of water at least every 2-3 hrs and avoid prolonged exposure under direct heat esp. in the concrete jungle (search "urban heat island effect).

Dangerous heat indices are forecast to soar in 10 areas across the country, while Metro Manila is seen to reach 40°C to 41°C on Monday, April 27, according to the state weather bureau.
