Getting into form may require a bit of patience, determination, and consistency at times frustrating but we got to keep moving. We need to move those muscles and find our balance.
Engaging into a fitness routine involves great dedication and loads of patience. It takes time and no matter how long, it always starts with a single step, and here's mine, doing the Taichi Exerrcises to improve my balance and flexibility.
