Santo Tomas Arnis Team Shines at 2026 Panagbenga Invitational Arnis Encounter

Gold medal winners include Aimmebeth Perry Awing (9-10 padded advance) Ruby G Mendoza (11-12, Novice Cadets padded), Alaiza Rhealyn T. Dela Cruz (11-12, Advance cadets padded), and Kurt Lander R. Fronda (14, Pin weight Advance secondary boy livestick). While
Cholo C Sacida (Pin weight advance secondary boys Padded) took home bronze.

Other team members who advanced to the quarterfinals but fell short include Suyat, Anne Grace A., Christan Kaizer O. Biccay, John Jeric Orense, Ronald D. Ebanio, Jyra Mae D. Gumanab, and Christian James Deliso.

Thanks to their dedicated parents for entrusting their kids and coaches who contributed for the success for the teams success.

Santo Tomas Arnis team from Elementary and High school showed their skills on the conducted Palarong Panlungsod held at Irisan National High school on December 20-21 ,
In elementary
Aimeebeth Awing,Ruby Mendoza ,and Alaiza Rhealyn Tan performed their Non Traditional anyo single weapon consisting of speed and accuracy of strikings.

While in the Secondary Division
Cholo Sacida won victoriously the gold medal in the pin weight category and will represent the City for the upcoming CARAA
while Clark Dev Urboda won the silver medal in the bantamweight and Den James TonTon got Bronze medal for the Extra lightweight category,
In Girls Rizalyn Tanacio fell short for quarterfinal in the Featherweight category while Treisha Sugallet won the bronze medal in the Bantamweight category.
