HOW TO REGISTER:
1️⃣ Create your profile on tournamentsoftware.com & search FDG Cup 2026 under tournaments (or scan the QR code in this image). Once you submit your entry, you will receive an automated email acknowledging submission.

※For Doubles entries, BOTH players must create their own tournamentsoftware account and both players must register for the same event (example: Mixed Doubles)

2️⃣ Wait for a separate Slot Availability email — then pay ₱1,500 within 24 hours (payment details to be provided in that email).

※For Doubles entries, both players must pay ₱1,500 each for their doubles partnership to be confirmed.

3️⃣ Email back proof of payment + ID + shirt size to [email protected] (please Reply to All)
