Missing these beautiful humans and our days together in Kathmandu during our sound healing training. So much curiosity, laughter, practice, uncertainty, breakthroughs, and deep listening happened in those moments.

Looking back, I realize how much of what I offer in my sessions today was shaped there — not just the techniques, but the presence, humility, and intention behind the practice.

What began as being students together became part of the foundation of the work I now share with others. Grateful for the journey, the teachers, the friendships, and how far the practice has grown since then. 🎶

Kathmandu will always hold a special resonance in my heart. ♥️
