CatSU futsal team delivers another win with a 4-0 score against ParSU, securing the bronze medal. The battle continues after 30 minutes with the silver medal on the line against DEBESMSCAT.

In a heart-pounding showdown, Catanduanes State University's (CatSU) Futsal Team clawed their way to a crucial 3-2 victory over CBSUA, keeping their tournament hopes alive in dramatic fashion.

Chelsea Nancy Arcilla emerged as the hero of the hour, with two powerful goals that ignited CatSU's resurgence. Her dynamic performance was complemented by Lutz Francesca Magdaraog who added another goal to the tally, sealing the hard-fought win.

Arcilla and Magdaraog proved to be an unstoppable force on the futsal court, but it was their synergy with teammates that truly set them apart. Erika Jane Taopo and Lyka Mae Arcilla's precision passes, and the superb goalkeeping skills of Rose Ann Posada played pivotal roles in securing the much-needed victory.

This win served as a lifeline for CatSU, bringing them to a 1-1 standing in the tournament. It was a good rebound after a challenging opening match against the formidable Bicol University, which ended 9-7 in favor of the opposition.

Coach Nino Dominguez reminded the girls to stay focused while enjoying the game.
