ENTRANCE FEE: ₱25, 000 + RESERVATION FEE SLOT (for Team): ₱ 5,000 (NON-REFUNDABLE)

CHAMPION: ₱75,000 + Trophy + Medals
2nd PLACE: ₱25,000 + Trophy
MVP ( Season ): ₱5,000 + Trophy
MVP (Finals): ₱ 5,000 + Trophy
Best Muse: ₱3,000 + Trophy
Best in Uniform: ₱3,000 + trophy
