“When can I join Intermediate?”
“Can I start doing inversions?”

At Élan, progression isn’t based on the number of classes you’ve attended—it’s based on your movement quality.

That’s why our Intermediate classes are by instructor recommendation. We look at your technique, strength, control, and body awareness to ensure you’re ready for more challenging movements.

Advanced exercises, including inversions, aren’t introduced just because they look impressive. They’re taught when your body has built the foundation to perform them safely and with confidence.
