ARTFARM Sustainable Solutions

ARTFARM Sustainable Solutions Growing your own food shouldn’t be rocket science. When you feed the soil, it will feed the plants, and the plants feed you.

We are a family-run Organic Farm, Slow Food Farm and Social Enterprise, providing communities with safe, organic food, all while restoring soil health, mitigating climate impacts, and inspiring a lifestyle of conscious consumption and less waste. If you’re discouraged because you don’t have a garden, or live in the urban jungle, on a high-rise building or a small housing unit…
you might be surpris

ed when we tell you that all you really need is a few square feet with lots of sunshine, a water source and a little bit of time. If you’re a beginning gardener wondering how you don’t end up murdering your growing seedlings…
we can help you avoid wasting time and effort in starting your own edible garden. If you patronize local products or if you’re looking for ways to reduce your carbon footprint…
you can’t get any more local than getting food from your own backyard. You can GROW YOUR OWN FOOD, let us show you how to DO IT RIGHT the first time!

Fellow growers from BINHI Farmers Association and Mahalina Foundation visited the farm to learn about our practices on regenerative organic production. Coming all the way from Calatagan, Batangas, the group went on a quick tour of the farm, observed our technology demonstration on biocomplete compost production, and enjoyed a wholesome farm-to-table lunch from farm-grown produce.

We're always happy to share what we do and compare notes with fellow growers. Salamat sa inyong pagbisita! 🌱

When you dine with us, you are tasting the distinct terroir of our patch of earth. More than a meal, it's a mindful, more intentional way of nourishing.

Come taste the story of our land at our next farm-to-table gathering.

Last May, we were visited by Dr. Melanie Narciso, a nutrition anthropologist and fellow UPLB alumni, as we found common interests in slow food, WWOOFing, regenerative farming, soil health, flavor of food, taste education, and more! Conversations under the trees with fresh fruit, mint tea, and plant-based ice cream are cherished moments here in the farm for us and for our guests.

Last June, we had our annual farm audit from Healthy Options. And we passed! Being an organic farm is all about growing healthy crops, providing the freshest produce to our market partners, and ensuring quality and traceability every step of the way. Huge thank you to our steadfast partner, Cocoa Vanilla Farm, for the tireless support 🌱

Summer solstice 2026

It's the longest day of the year. The sun is at its peak and we honor the source of light and energy that power our farm.

We go forward gently to the next season, planting hopes for abundance the rest of the year, remaining grounded in nature's rhythm.

Honor the light.
Realign.
Carry on.

DO YOU KNOW YOUR FARMER?

Between the farm-gate and your dinner plate, the price of vegetables increase by 300 to 400%. Here in the Philippines, the “farm-gate price” is not the price set by the farmer but is actually the price paid by the trader, regardless of whether this is enough to cover all costs. The farmer takes all the risk, from droughts, to typhoons, to pests and disease, but the middlemen take the lion’s share of the profit.

Here at ARTFARM, we employ a circular production system that keep us independent from the problems of conventional food supply chains. Even with the ongoing fuel and energy crisis, our human-scale, solar-powered, zero-waste farm production allow us to produce affordable vegetables for our hyperlocal community.

Take a look at how far 295 pesos can go when you buy organic produce directly from us. With each ARTFARM VegBox, you’ll get 1.5kg worth of seasonal vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, radishes, swiss chard, arugula, lettuce and herbs.

Available every 2nd & 4th week of the month at the following pick-up points:
📍UPLB
