PALASKI SA BAYBAY CITY 2025: BAYBAY 4 DOMINATES AS OVERALL CHAMPION

The PALASKI sa Baybay City 2025 wrapped up with thrilling performances from every district, highlighting the strength and spirit of Baybay’s young athletes from November 29 to December 3. Rising above the field, Baybay 4 claimed the title of Overall Champion after amassing a powerful 126 gold, 78 silver, and 52 bronze medals, cementing their dominance in both elementary and secondary divisions.

Securing the 1st Runner-Up position was Baybay 3, whose impressive 61 gold, 47 silver, and 26 bronze finish kept them firmly in the race for the crown. Following closely was Baybay 1, declared 2nd Runner-Up, delivering a strong overall performance with 54 gold, 57 silver, and 46 bronze. Completing the top four was Baybay 7, named 3rd Runner-Up, after registering a competitive 46 gold, 37 silver, and 46 bronze tally. Baybay 2 captured the 4th Runner-Up spot with 39-27-30, while Baybay 8 followed as 5th Runner-Up with 21-18-31.

Rounding out the rankings were districts that continued to battle with determination throughout the meet. Baybay 5 secured 7th Runner-Up with 7-5-11, and Baybay 6 claimed 9th Runner-Up with 3-3-6, each showing grit and sportsmanship across all events. The successful staging of PALASKI 2025 highlighted not only athletic excellence but also unity, discipline, and the unwavering pride of Baybay City’s student-athletes.

District 9 Wild Mustang's Makinhas National High School claimed the gold medal in the Secondary Boys Baseball event, showcasing strong teamwork, sharp fielding, and consistent hitting throughout the tournament. District 3 Red Foxes' Baybay City Senior High School delivered an impressive run, earning the silver medal with disciplined play and determination on the field. Meanwhile, District 7 Mighty Buffalo's Gabas Integrated School captured the bronze medal, highlighting their grit and competitive spirit. The final results reflect the commitment and sportsmanship of all participating teams, making this year’s baseball showdown a standout moment of the games.

TABLE TENNIS DISTRICT CHAMPIONS: OVERALL RESULTS

Athletes from different districts delivered strong performances in the recent table tennis tournament with medals awarded across singles and doubles events. District 7 led the overall medal count with 4 golds, 6 silvers, and 1 bronze, followed by District 4 with 2 golds, 4 silvers, and 2 bronzes. District 1 posted 2 golds, 2 silvers, and 3 bronzes while Districts 2 and 3 also earned gold and bronze medals.

In total, the tournament awarded 11 golds, 12 silvers, and 8 bronzes across all districts. Each district contributed to the overall tally, reflecting competitive performances and the wide distribution of talent among players. The awarding ceremony opened with a welcome message and words of gratitude from EPSVr Dr. Jo-Ann C. Rapada, recognizing the hard work of the athletes and the support of coaches and organizers.
