What better way to start August than being in a seminar here in Marikina joined by our new generation of athletes. 🦈

Last Saturday, our very own Coach Luigi had the opportunity to discuss the importance of sports psychology with athletes and coaches during uno_fitness’ first seminar, spearheaded by Coach Julo.

Huge thanks to all coaches, athletes, parents and sponsors who made this event possible. 🩵

Last week’s Stroke Development Clinic wrapped up with Coach Chad Ross of FIRST Swim Academy leading the way toward a stronger Laguna swimming community, joined by fellow coaches.

Coach Luigi of LC Swimming School also had the privilege to speak with Pakil’s swimmers, sharing valuable insights on mindset and the psychology behind performance. 🌊🦈
