The UPH-DJGTMU Alumni Association proudly recognizes Dr. Felicitos A. Obillo (Batch 1981), a distinguished Adult Pulmonologist, educator, and healthcare leader. As Head of Respiratory Services at Carmona Hospital and Medical Center and Associate Professor at UPH–Dr. Jose G. Tamayo Medical University, Dr. Obillo has dedicated more than three decades to advancing pulmonary care, medical education, and patient-centered service.
