(SUVs, Small Cars, Sedans, Pickups, Vans, high-end cars)

After 2 years, I have finally figured things out sa niche nato.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 0.5-3 𝐩𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐬.

I'd like to share some of what I have learned.

1. 𝐊𝐍𝐎𝐖 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐆𝐄𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐄𝐓
-Who are those people who would more likely buy your product?
-What problems can be solved by your product? How?
(Alam na nila to pero dapat mong e emphasize or eparealize ito, you can do this sa ad copy and creatives)
-What are their common questions? (Pweding sagutin mo na Sa ad copy or sa messenger)
-Offer the benefits of your product as a solution
-I do manual and advantage audience (testing is the key) different ad accounts possible different things would work

2. 𝐂𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐈𝐑𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐄𝐑
-What are your distinct inclusions?
Is it fast approval? If you have testimonials to prove this, it is better.
-Is it a refund?
-If you're selling used cars, is it 100% assurance that your cars have no issues? Can your clients trust you on this?
-In my case, I am selling repos so my offer goes like this "Free Interior and exterior detailing, Free dead of sale, 15K-30K discount, 1-3 days approval, Free free free, etc..." (gusto Ng tao Ng libre hahaha)

3. 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐋𝐘 𝐀𝐁𝐑𝐔𝐏𝐓𝐋𝐘 𝐁𝐎𝐓𝐇 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐈𝐍𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒
-A sale could slip from you in few seconds or minutes na d mo naattend and pwedi bumili sa iba yan
-chatbot can do this job
-Aim to get at least their name and number (Why number not email? Well, to get immediate direct contact with the client)

4. 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃 𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 (𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐁 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬-𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠)
-Don't ask too many questions
-Getting their names, contact number, and the unit they want IS ENOUGH! (Tamad mga tao or ayaw lang maraming Tanong hahaha)
-Integrate it with Google Sheets para hindi ka download nang download ng leads.

5. 𝐂𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐒 𝐈𝐒 𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆!
-I tested video and graphics
-lowest ko sa graphics is 4-10 pesos
-both worked but the video worked better so I continued using the video (NASA 0.5-4 pesos cost per messaging lang ako)
-for graphics Canva lang ako
-the video doesn't need to be edited professionally, flex what's available, and don't forget CTA on the last part. Works for Messaging and Lead Generation Campaigns

6. 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐄𝐘 𝐈𝐒 𝐈𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖-𝐔𝐏
- I have closed deals from clients who gave their info a month or two ago
- I have my sales tracker on Google Sheets (name, contact #, location, unit preferred, for cash or financing, status, notes)
-I highlighted leads (different colors for immediate follow-up, undecided, etc)
-SIPAG SA PAG CLOSE NG DEAL IS THE KEY (GOTTA CALL THEM AALLLLL! HAHAHAHA)

7. 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐒
-More on leading to close na videos, instant discounts, FOMOs etc., inviting clients to come to our showroom.
