📢 ANNOUNCEMENT : NEW TRAINING SCHEDULE
Starting this week, we will be implementing our NEW TRAINING SCHEDULE to further improve our athletes’ development, teamwork, and overall performance.
We are also excited to introduce our new Strength and Conditioning program, that will help our athletes become stronger, faster, more disciplined, and physically prepared for competition. This additional program aims to enhance endurance, agility, power, injury prevention, and overall athletic performance.
By combining training sessions, our athletes will benefit from:
✅ Stronger teamwork and camaraderie
✅ Increased motivation by training with more teammates
✅ Better learning through shared experience and sparring variety
✅ Improved discipline, focus, and adaptability
✅ Higher quality training environment with unified coaching
