Visiting Teacher .echo from Cagayan de Oro, Echo Dongallo has been teaching yoga across the Philippines since 2018. A Yoga Alliance–certified instructor, he has taught in Siargao and El Nido, and worked with local athletes.

His approach is rooted in meditation, self-awareness, and mindful movement.

Expect a gentle yet energizing flow, guided by your breath and grounded in presence.
