Born and bred in Cagayan de Oro City! Independent since 2004! ☠️ Throughout the years, CDO’s CMG and Iligan’s Defiance Network have become brothers in arms.

Back in 2004, three individuals, Rage Fajardo, Joemar Calixto, and Jay-R Calixto, envisioned the idea of connecting the local underground music scenes of CDO and Iligan. During that time, Iligan already had an established Defiance Network while Cagayan de Oro had nothing. To Finding Apollo, the CMG bands, the staff, Viajero, and everyone who chose to spend their Saturday evening with us, thank you for making the Fete de la Musique Emo/Ska Stage such a fun experience! 🫶

This event was organized in the true DIY spirit, and seeing everyone come together to celebrate music made all the hard work worthwhile.

More than simply putting on a show, we hope this inspires the younger generation to keep exploring the vast world of music and art. Never feel like you have to fit yourself into a single box or genre, the world is much bigger than that. Create music. Create art. Express yourself authentically and inspire others through what you make.
