At CDO Pilates & Yoga Center, our classes are intentionally kept small to provide better guidance, proper movement correction, and a more comfortable learning environment for everyone.
Because of this, we encourage all participants to book ahead and reserve their slots in advance. We do not cater to walk-in participants, as schedules and class spaces are carefully prepared ahead of time.
We appreciate your patience in booking with us. Thoughtful movement takes time, and so does creating a quality class experience for every student. ❤️
