RI Chem. Corp., R & D team from Pasig H.O. and Jasaan Plant visited CTNI - Claveria Tree Nursery, Incorporated to see for themselves the area for research in terms of different tree fertilizer planned application.
Do the rounds in the nursery to visualize what are CTNI's immediate needs that includes the makeshift bamboo MRU for replacement with PlyCon and the site for the low cost model house.

12,000 hills Gmelina clone seedlings delivered to PNOC EC, Zamboanga, Sibugay

Visited EWDRC plywood plant with CTNI Supervisor Amor H. Pitogo and staff at Brgy. Dakutan, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur and assess the status of their newly constructed Macrosomatic Rooting Unit chamber.

The ramet garden of cloned Eucalyptus deglupta and hybrid seedlings that was established 6 months ago are now ready to be planted in the MRU thru cuttings.

The propagation of Eucalyptus tree seedlings are for distribution to interested tree farmers in the area as recommended both by the local LGU of Esperanza and PENRO_LGU of the province of Agusan del Sur.

EWDRC plywood plant, the manufacturer of Sta. Clara marine plywood spearheaded this program lead by GM Angel Jarlido and Consultant Earl Gella.

This is in collaboration with CTNI and the local LGU's of Esperanza and PENRO_LGU of Agusan del Sur.

Objective is to jump start the province wide program of an "Industrial Tree Plantation" which is large scale tree plantation aim to help the tree farmers accelerate reforestation on the deforested areas of the province and at the same time fight climate change and regain back the tagline "Timber Capital of the Philippines".

Optimistic that this is the start of a province wide tree farming program in Agusan del Sur....

Last July 4, 2024, CTNI-Claveria Tree Nursery Inc., LGU's of Quezon, Bukidnon with consultant Luigi Dominguez and the IP's tribal leaders execute the establishment of a Eucalyptus nursery and Eucalyptus demo farm plantation to start the "Commercial Reforestation Project" in this part of the country.
The objective is to help the wood 🪵 and plywood industry in the Philippines. Small steps to start with leaders who have a vision towards a greater goal.

Another tree planting activity in celebration of the 50th anniversary of PHIVIDEC INDUSTRIAL AUTHORITY with the participation of their locators, local residents, environmental enthusiasts and community leaders.

We planted the Philippine native trees:
Bagras, Agoho, Lauan, Banaba, and Narra.

Today, CTNI is participating the tree planting activity of COCI together with FICCO, the sponsor of Giant Bamboo seedlings, CocaCola, FDC, URC, Axelum, RIChem and PICMW at Dansolihon watershed.

As scheduled, the officer's of the Local Government Unit of Quezon, Bukidnon visited CTNI- Claveria Tree Nursery Inc. in our clonal tree nursery facilities at Brgy. Gumaod, Claveria, Misamis Oriental.

CTNI did a nursery orientation to the LGU team for them to have a grasp on how a clonal tree facilitaties operates .

The Quezon, Bukidnon LGU plans to establish a Eucalyptus clonal tree plantations and demo farm utilizing CTNI technology . This is part of their advocacy to help fight climate change while supporting the IP's to make their claim areas productive thru large scale tree farming.

Last June 11, 2024, CTNI-Claveria Tree Nursery Inc., LGU's with consultant Luigi Dominguez and IP's tribal leaders of Quezon ,Bukidnon visited the proposed area for "Commercial Reforestation Project" in Mindanao.

The objective is to help the wood 🪵 and plywood industry in the Philippines. Small steps to start with leaders who have a vision to help the environment and mother earth on this part of the country.

The plan is to put up 11 hectares of demo Farm to choose the best species from our Eucalyptus clone tree seedlings

Expect for the LGU group to visit CTNI nursery last week of June 2024 as schedule.
