Our team is once again preparing for the next tournament, but before we get there, we’d like to share this banner honoring the brave warriors who helped pave the way for our team in national-level poomsae competition.
Their courage to step onto the national stage, represent our dojang, and give their best has inspired many of our younger students to dream bigger and train harder. Thank you for setting the example and showing what dedication, perseverance, and the true spirit of taekwondo look like.

We just concluded our New Face Poomsae Competition yesterday!
It was great to see how much each player has improved from previous competitions, with higher scores, Top 8 finishes, and medal victories. More importantly, all 13 students had the courage to step onto the poomsae national competition stage for the first time and give their best.
As we always say, the goal is not just to win, but to keep learning, improving, and progressing each time.

“Courage is not the absence of fear, but the ability to act in the presence of fear.”
Jmarion fought through 3 opponents to reach the finals, only to face the same opponent he once lost to before.
That loss stayed in his mind. He was genuinely scared, thinking he might just get beaten up again.
Before the match, emotions hit hard. Tears fell. Self-doubt took over.
But instead of running from fear, he faced it with the support of the people around him, he stood back up, stepped onto the mat, and gave his opponent a real fight.
He gave everything he had and proved to himself that he was stronger than the fear holding him back.
This photo reminds us that no warrior fights alone. Behind every brave moment is a team standing together, lifting each other up.
Win or lose, these warriors showed heart, courage, and the true spirit of a Noble Warrior.
Congratulations, team! See this weekend!

Sharing some snapshots from the recent national competition! 🇵🇭🥋
One of the biggest victories this weekend wasn’t just the medal… it was overcoming fear and anxiety. Stepping into a national competition for the first time takes courage, and we’re proud of every athlete who chose to face the challenge head-on.
While we all want to win, what matters most is giving it our all with no regrets. It’s not losing if we learn something from the experience. This is only the beginning of our journey in national competitions!
