Kung pulis ka at ayaw mo mawalan ng trabaho dahil overweight ka ganito ang dapat mo gawin

- Strength training 3-5 times a week (punta ka sa gym)

- Cardio after strength training minimum 30 minutes (threadmill or bike)

- Hit 5000-10000 Steps everyday (hit 5k steps everyday kapag madali na lang sayo dagdagan mo na hanggang sa maka 10k ka na everyday)

- Consume .7 to 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight ( Eat protein para mabilis ka maka build ng muscle para kapag pumayat ka may muscle ka )

- Calorie deficit (if hirap mag count ng calories portion control ang gawin make sure balance ang meal)
