Ilan lang yan sa mga kadalasan tukso sakin mula nun bata pa ako. Minsan nakakapikon, minsan wala nadin ako pakialam. Bahala na sila. Haha.
Tapos nag college ako at naisip na kailangan ko ng mag papayat (syempre hirap pumorma sa mga chix).
So ayun nga, nagpa payat na ako. Pumayat naman ako pero medyo nasobrahan naman. Kung uso ang tokhang noong 2010, baka nasama pa ko sa listahan. Kala ko nun maganda na katawan ko kasi payat ako at may konting muscles, di pala. Nag model model pa ko. Pag nakikita ko ngayon nakakatawa, mukha akong tukmol. ๐
Fast forward to 2020, tumaba nanaman ako(x3 sa laki). Dumating ang Covid19, nagkaron ng lockdown, nawalan ng work, tumigil ang mundo. Madaming materyal na bagay ang nawala, pero may na-gain akong maganda sa buhay ko. Naisip kong maging fit. From fat to fab. Fit not thin. Kasi you have to be healthy, and being thin doesn't automatically mean you're healthy.
Year 2021, I'm still a work in progressโฆ Honestly, sobrang hirap mag maintain kasi sarap kumain. Daling matukso sa extra rice. Di naman bawal kumain, but eat in moderation, I think that's the key to lose weight without torturing yourself.
Nadadapa, bumabangon, nadapa uli, ba bangon uli. Ganyan lang naman ang buhay. Challenge yourself lang. Ako? I'll never achieve my body goals, kasi I'm maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Sobrang dami kong naging inspirasyon sa fitness journey ko, and sana one day, ako naman maka inspire sainyo. ๐ช๐ผ
Do it for yourself. Not for pa-cute lang or pa impress. Find what works for you, yung diet ni kuya baka di yun para sayo...โ
