📢 GEM FOODS INTERNATIONAL IS HIRING: JUNIOR MARKETING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization and strategic planning of projects and programs
- On-Ground Lead for Activations and Brand Activities
- Accountable for Budget Disbursement and Management for On-Ground Projects
- Monitoring and Strategic Management of Sales and Marketing Channels such as E-Commerce, Social Media, Digital Landscape, Events and Activations to name a few
- Administrative Functions such as compilation of sales reports, post-activity reports, budget management and reports
- Provides assistance in providing high-level comprehensive reports of Social Media Performance, E-Commerce Performance, Product Performance, Project Performance to name a few
- Work will cover Project Management, E-Commerce Management, Social Media Management, Brand Management, Administrative Functions

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- With at least 2 years exposure to campaign ex*****on, brand support, or trade marketing (preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or consumer goods) in a managerial/supervisory capacity
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, branding, and campaign management.
- Good leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to guide junior staff.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design or digital tools (Canva, Adobe, social media platforms) is an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily accounting activities and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
* Prepare and review monthly and periodic financial statements and management reports.
* Manage cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts to support business planning.
* Ensure timely compliance with BIR, tax, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
* Establish and maintain effective accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
* Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the Accounting team.
* Analyze financial data and variances to support cost management and business decisions.
* Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, with experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and tax compliance.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial information.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and team management skills.

Brief Job Description
The Technical & Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements. The role oversees product documentation, label compliance, product registrations, and technical approvals to support quality standards and successful local and international distribution.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve product guides, labels, and packaging information to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy of product specifications, ingredients, nutrition information, and manufacturing documentation.
- Monitor product registrations and regulatory compliance with agencies such as FDA, BFAR, and other applicable authorities.
- Evaluate non-conforming products and recommend appropriate disposition or corrective actions.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with food safety, quality, and export requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical compliance, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of food labeling regulations, product registration, and FDA compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience in a food manufacturing or export-oriented company.
- Familiarity with international regulatory requirements and customer technical specifications.
